Official Lincoln County docket questions belong with the record custodian. This private service cannot retrieve or alter court information. The Circuit Clerk handles Circuit and stored Family Court files, while the Magistrate Clerk handles Magistrate documents, settings, and copies.

This Is Not a Court or Government Office. We run a private reference site. We cannot pull dockets, change or reset court dates, remove or seal cases, issue certified copies, or give legal advice for anyone. For any of those, you need to reach the clerk of court or the trial court directly.

Need an Official Docket or Record?

Route common Lincoln County record needs as follows:

  • Certified copies: order from the clerk of court, who is the keeper of the docket and the official record
